Step 1 : Introduction to the question "What's the strongest bone in the body?"
...The femur is a powerhouse in the human skeleton! It's the strongest, longest and also the heaviest bone in the human body. Located in our superior leg and connected to the pelvis, this bone can support many of our daily activities such as jumping, running, walking and standing. As the longest human bone, the femur contains both yellow marrow - which produces fat, cartilage and bone - and red marrow, responsible for the production of red blood cells.
