...Dragon's Breath Cave in Namibia, Africa, is the world's largest non-subglacial underground lake. It was first discovered in 1986. Lying about 196 feet below ground, the lake is so large that divers have been unable to chart its exact depth. So far, they've only charted it down to 430 feet. It takes its name from the humid air rising from its surface, just like dragon's breath. The water of the lake is crystal clear and keeps a constant water temperature because of its underground location.
