I love it and have her CDs right up there beside Mozart, Chopin and Tchaikovsky. Born Alecia Beth Moore in 1979, Pink's first writings were much darker than those she entertains us with today, so much so that her mother grew anxious, something that makes me laugh - not because of the worry and the lyrics, but because mothers are the same world-wide with their little antennas always waving anxiously in the air as they cluck along after their offspring. Pink was performing at various clubs from the age of 14 onwards, and has never looked back since. Her albums include "Can't Take Me Home", "Try This" and "I'm Not Dead". After a brief separation from her husband, the couple re-united and Pink announced in November 2010 that she was expecting a baby.
