...Many would think someone who designs and makes maps would have little demand for his skills in the 21st century. But the opposite is the case. Employment projections for cartographers, or map makers, see an increase of as much as 19 percent from 2016 to 2016. Cartographers are the people who create and update maps and charts by collecting, measuring and interpreting geographic information.
