A yellow card is a warning to stop the rough playing, a red card means that a player is sent off the field. You can't replace that player and your team has to play with 10 players after that.

Using the heaviest weight possible could seriously damage your body especially if you are still growing because your muscles are not fully developed. All of the other options would be sensible things to do.
