What is meant by dehydration?
Dehydration is a state that the excessive loss of water from the body. In order to work with the systems in our body, body needs certain amount of water. This requirement is at least 8 glasses of water a day. This requirement may be different from day to day work of man, varies depending on the age group. The people who does burdensome labour work must take care to drink two to three times extra amount of water as mentioned above. Water to be delivered to the biological processes that occur naturally in our body. Even if we take sufficient measures, it will be possible to get dehydrated.
