Louis Armstrong made his mark in jazz music with his amazing musical talents and his charismatic stage presence. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A., in 1901. He rose to fame in the 1920s with his unparalleled trumpet style and unique vocals. He impressed not only the world of jazz but broke down barriers all over the world.
