Step 1 : Introduction to the question "2. "I know what I am." "Animal, vegetable or mineral?" This is the start to a game we used to play on long car rides. What was it called?"
...1. Twenty countries 2. Twenty to none 3. Twenty letters 4. Twenty questions In the game of 20 questions, one person selects a target object, and the other players can ask up to 20 yes-no questions to determine what the object is. Usually a few precise starting questions are asked first, such as "Animal, vegetable or mineral?" (or "Animal, thing or person?") and "What color or colors are you?", in order to create a realistic goal. Mathematical game strategy says that each question should be designed to eliminate half of the remaining possibilities, as 20 such questions would lead to a single one out of over a million starting possibilities being identified. But it takes a while to develop such restraint, and not just guess hunches!
