Step 2 : Answer to the question "What is the world's largest city completely inaccessible by road?"

Iquitos, Peru - With more than 420,000 residents, perhaps it's surprising that Peru's sixth most populous city, Iquitos, cannot be accessed by road. However, if you were leaving from Peru’s capital, Lima, it would take almost a week to reach Iquitos, which is located about 600 miles northeast. (A faster option is to take one of the multiple daily flights to Iquitos’ airport, which take around two hours.)
