They picked up 10 Cadillacs ranging from 1949 to 1963 and drove them into a muddy field along Historic Route 66, just outside the city of Amarillo in the Texas Panhandle. They half-buried the cars at an angle so that they would be aligned with the Great Pyramid of Giza and soon, the tourists began to flock — touching the cars, taking pieces of them, and leaving their creative mark using spray paint and graffiti. Tourists can still make the swampy trek to leave their own mark — although don't expect your work to last long!:
