Rebekah - When Abraham was very old, his son Isaac was still unmarried, so he charged his most faithful servant to go back to his country to find his son a wife. The servant took ten camels and set out for Mesopotamia. He waited by the well for the women to come out and draw water, and while he waited he prayed that God would reveal the right woman by having her offer to draw water for his camels. \n
\nAlong came a beautiful woman named Rebekah. The servant asked her for a drink of water, and right away she offered to draw water for his camels as well. The servant took out the gifts he had brought with him. He put the ring in her nose and the bracelets on her arms. The gold ring weighed half a shekel, and the two bracelets weighed ten gold shekels. The servant spoke to her brother and father and asked them to give Rebekah to be the wife of Abraham’s son. They agreed and sent Rebekah and the servant on their way. When Isaac saw them coming, riding on camels, he went to meet them. He took Rebekah into the tent and she became his wife, and he loved her.:
