While your statement: "holds the record as the biggest acting loser of all time" is correct, Meryl Streep is anything but a "loser". Just getting an Oscar Nomination denotes acting talent way beyond the norm. And to garner 21 nominations speaks of a person who is consistently above the norm. Perhaps "misses" might be a better choice of words.
