[Ans] What disco act scored hits with “Staying Alive” and “Night Fever”?

The original issue of the album included the original studio version of "Jive Talkin'"; later LP pressings included a version culled from Here at Last... Bee Gees... Live.

What disco act scored hits with “Staying Alive” and “Night Fever”?

All CD releases have included the original "Jive Talkin'". "Jive Talkin'" was to have been used in a deleted scene taking place the day after Tony Manero's first Saturday night at the disco, but as the sequence was cut for the final film, the song was cut as well. In addition to the Bee Gees songs, additional incidental music was composed and adapted by David Shire.............Records as part of the Bee Gees' regaining control of their master tapes.

Other interesting facts of Bee Gees:
By 1960 the Bee Gees were featured on television shows, including their performance of "Time Is Passing By"
The young brothers began performing to raise pocket money.
The crowd at the speedway would throw money onto the track for the boys who generally performed during the interval of meetings .
In 1962, the Bee Gees were chosen as the supporting act for Chubby Checker's concert at Sydney Stadium.
A minor hit in 1965, "Wine and Women", led to the group's first LP, The Bee Gees Sing and Play 14 Barry Gibb Songs.
