1. Delete/Rename the .thumbnail folder in your android.
Most of the cases fixing the .thumbnail folder will fix the ablve problem. So, To rename or delete the .thumbnail folder please follow the below steps:
a. Open File manager
b. The naviget to the root folder.
c. Find the .thumnail folder and delete/rename it.
d. Restart your android phone.
Note: If you going for the rename option then, don't forget to delete the '.' in your new folder name.
2. Check the momory space in your andorid.

a. Go to the play store and search for the ES file explorer application.
b. Install and open the ES File explorer application.
c. There you can see the options like "Analyze"
d. So, Analyze each of your internal and extenal SD cards.
e. Then perform the delete or manage your files if you about to exceed the limits.
3. Using recovery tools to get the deleted files back:
