Lower Back Pain Reasons and Treatment



Reasons of Back Pain: -


  1. Back PainThis pain is usually observed in people who did more physical activity like agricultural practices, lifting more weights, people who spend most of their time in sitting position.



  2. Over-exertion of muscles and muscular joints may leads to back pain.
  3. Sitting in front of computer and doing most of their work in sitting position may leads to this problem.
  4. Sudden lifting of weights may increase the severity of problem.
  5. In general, muscular tightness result back pain.
  6. Damage of muscles, bones may leads damage to the spine.

Primary Treatment to Back Pain: -


  1. Just relax and take rest if you feel your spine get damaged. Don’t move the damaged part. More essentially, take the advice of a doctor.
  2. Fomentation with cold and wet cloth to keep away from any swelling.
  3. Do a very light massage.
  4. Try to hold your movements until you reach doctor.
  5. For treatment move the patient urgently to hospital.
