If the people with poor immune system
inhale pollen and dust then they have to be ready to face the
allergic rhinitis or high fever. It will increases production of
antibodies. These antibodies bind to mast cells which contain
histamine. Pollen, dust, histamine (and other chemicals) are released
by the mast cells are affected. It can cause itching, swelling, mucus
production. The severity of symptoms can vary from person to person.
Very sensitive individuals may effected with hives, as may be seen in
the itching. The temperature of human body said to be normal if it is
between 37.0 C or 98.60 F. If it is exceeds the normal body
temperature then we said that as fever. Generally 37.50 C (100F) said
to be normal fever. Fever is not a disease but symptom of other
disease. 39.50 C or above 103.0 F said to be severe fever. These
people need doctor’s help immediately.

Common symptoms of fever:
- Body temperature will rise to 37.50 C or 100.0 F.
- Headache
- Chills with fever
- Arthritis
- Bitter mouth
- Sedation loss
- Eating
- Constipation, etc.
Precautions to be taken:
- Patient who suffering with Fever should move under fan.
- Use some common fan or cooler to lessen the temperature.
- Should wear thin, loose clothing and mattresses.
- Wipe the body with wet cloth to reduce the temperature of body.
- Make patient to drink more water and liquid extracts.
- Allow him to take more rest.
During this fever time he Require more
calories to the body, so serve him the food which consists easily
digestible and rich in nutrition food. Give him more and more liquid
extracts such as fruit juices. Rice starch, sago porridge, porridge,
barley water extracts etc, are easily digest by patient. Coffee, tea
extracts, such liquids should be taken with a gentle heat. Milk,
bread-like substances make him feel better. Meat, egg, butter,
yogurt, oil extracts must be forbidden.
