Diabetic Diet, Schedule and Diabetic Diet Chart for Vegetarians and Non Vegetarians


Diet place crucial role in diabetic patient life. They need to follow the perfect plan to control their diabetes. So, they need a perfect diet plan for regular day to day life. So we can't have same diet chart for vegetarian and non vegetarians. So here we are providing diabetic food timing chart. The following food timings approved as the food timing chart for the diabetic patients.


Diabetic patient food material may include :


Green leaves, brinjal, ladies finger, bitter gaurd, cabbege, tamoto, cali flower etc,.

Diabetic patient food material may doesn't include :

Sugar, sweets, jaggery, cashew, almond, coconut water, dry ingredients, such as Horlicks, banana, mango, Custard apple, grapes, biscuits, chocolates, cakes, etc.

Suggested food for diabetic patients:



      1. Take the enough dose of water (about 8 glasses per day).
      2. Try to take diet low in carbohydrates should be perfectly.
      3. Their diet may be based on their treatment.

Try to avoid following food for your better health if you are diabetic patient:

        1. Root vegetables (such as potatoes, beet root)
        2. Sweets
        3. Oil foods
        4. Dry fruits
        5. Sugar
        6. Banana, Apple, custard Apple etc, high sugar containing materials.
