Diabetes Skin Care and Psoriasis, Eczema and Rosacea in Diabetic Patients


Diabetes is a risk of illness of all organs:

  1. Kidneys
  2. Heart
  3. Blood vessels
  4. Eyes - eye blood vessels and nerves
  5. injury in Legs and hands may heal some what slower if the patient have diabetes.


Precautions to prevent diabetes: -

  1. Recognize the type of diabetes as soon as possible you recognized the symptoms of any kind of diabetes.
  2. Those who doesn't undergo any physical activity in their life should do regular exercise (morning walk is enough). At least 5-6 days a week, for about 30 minutes morning walk keep you healthy even if you suffer with diabetes.
  3. Exercise should not be heavy, such as lifting weights etc,.
  4. Bottom of the footwear must be as soft as possible.
  5. Always keep your feet clean. Undergo blood tests and urine tests as frequent as possible, under the consultation with the doctor.
  6. Must undergo a series of cources of treatment.
  7. Take moderate meal every day don't exceed the limit and don't decrease the quatity.
  8. Just remember the ideom that “Don't full your stomach and Don't empty your stomach”

Skin care for Diabetic Patients :


Diabetic patients may need special care for thier skin. Because of higher percentage of glucose in their blood may increase the favorable conditions to bacteria and fungi. Naturally diabetic patients have less immmune power so they need special care to protect their skin to fight with micro-organisms.

Precaution need to be taken for diabetes patients to protect your skin:

  1. Therefore, skin is always kept to clean condition.
  2. If you find the change of the colour,
  3. Or change feeling of thick or boils on skin,
  4. If th1e skin is become reddish and become warm this may not considered as skin disease carefully observe whether it is due to diabetes.
    
Seek the advice of a doctor immediately (skin doctor)

    1. Bath every day regularly using a gentle soap with warm water but don’t use boiling water.
    2. Use a soft, clean, dry clothes after bath. Don’t let the wet at anywhere on the body. Especially if the skin is wrinkled don’t leave the wet at anywhere. If you neglect it bacteria can cause skin irritation.
    3. Try to have the habit of drinking more water, don’t let your skin dry.
