Growing heart disease, stroke are the problems which threatening us. In addition to eating too much fatty substances, not doing workout been major factors for this condition. Reduce the bad cholesterol in the body, to enhance efforts to maintain good cholesterol is a solution to these problem. Experts say prevention is better than cure.


Good/ Bad Cholesterol :



How many of you know there is also a good cholesterol. We face problems only with Bad  cholesterols. Production of cholesterol in the body is a natural process. Obviously it will produce about 60 to 70 percent of the cholesterol in our body. In addition, it will take 30 to 40 percent of the cholesterol in the food we eat. In fact,  naturally produced cholesterol percentage is higher around 70 per cent of the cholesterol. The situation become worse if you intended to each cholesterol rich food.

Why cholesterol?



Obviously without involvement of food cholesterol is producing in our body. The main reason for the problem lies on genetic origins. If a parent rich in production of high cholesterol, it is their children fate carry the inheritance. In addition, eating habits, lack of physical activity, biological and other factors, all come together leads to cholesterol problem. Since birth until the age of about 20, 130 mg cholesterol present in our body. So in this stage there is no problem of  cholesterol, no problem of heart diseases. Many patients beyond 20 years will increase in  production of cholesterol. Even it reaches 200 ml in adults.

Diagnosis :



While increasing the level of cholesterol in the blood, usually we observe no symptoms. Cholesterol, clogged blood vessels, decrease in the area of bloodstream. In some cases we only know the cholesterol after the heart attack or paralysis but not before that. So  it is advisable to check cholesterol occasionally with cholesterol tests.

How to measure cholesterol :



The amount of cholesterol in the blood can be identified through the blood tests. After 20 years they must undergo a lipid profile test. If your report of cholesterol is normal then it is enough to test once every five years after that. If you see any differences in the first report it self it is  mandatory to go for checkups once a year. If if undergo tests like this manner a lot of  heart disease chances will reduce 75 percent.

Usually within 25 or 30 years our muscles will grow. If you exercise regularly there is a chance of increase in your muscle tissue fiber. 30 years later, those without exercises, which means that they have high chances of grew in fat. Exercise, the more calories they take in more food. After that if you quit exercising then reduce the calories consuming in the same order. If you do not reduce calories will turn to fat. It is absorbed into the blood as cholesterol.



In any part of the body that cholesterol is absorbed thinning of the blood vessels will take place.  cholesterol in blood vessels of the brain leads paralysis. Blockage of the blood in blood vessels of the heart leads heart attack. Blockage of blood in vessels, increases blood pressure again leads to kidney damage. Cholesterol in the blood vessels of leg leads to leg diseases.

How to Prevent Cholesterol Problems :



1. Reduce the amount of oil in diet. Eating Pizza, Burger as well as other fast foods minimized. 2. Coagulated oil is more dangerous than the not freezing oils. In particular, ghee, margarine, fatty substances, such as most of them are. So the plan to reduce them.
3. Some vegetarians, they are under illusions that they won't get cholesterol problems. Vegetarians also  as they face the risk of being overly oils are actually used.
4. There won't be any problems if you take vegetables as salads. But, they cause problems when we cook them. Prevent the use of oil as much as possible.
5. However, each separate oil will has different types of problems. Hence it is better to use different oils than the same oil.
6. Meat, boiled in water or burning in fire is much better compared to boil in oil. Fish that are low in fat ingredients. Hence give importance to fish.

Exercise :



Bad cholesterol decreases rather than good cholesterol with exercises. So prefer the exercise as much as you can. Walking regularly make you far away from heart diseases. Some  take all necessary care to reduce bad cholesterol who suffer with genetic problems, they must use pills by consulting a doctor.

There won't be any side effects if you use them through out your life time. Besides, the food and the cholesterol through the blood - drugs that are now available. If necessary from time to time consult with the doctor for medical advice and treatment.
