Swine Flu Do's and Don'ts


Symptoms


Swine FluFever and cough, sore throat, does not landed nose or congestion, shortness of breath and other symptoms shit breath , aches, headache, fatigue, vibration, diarrhea, vomiting, blood

 

things about swine flu:



- Seasonal Flu (formerly called swine flu). By particles in the air from one person to another person . but the pigs are not affected by the way.

- People with some chronic medical condition, over the last 65 years or older, children under 5 years and pregnant women are more likely affected by the immediate illness.

- the necessary medicines to hospitals recognized by the Government.

- Stay at home on doctor's recommendation. If the symptoms of the disease increases (high fever, difficulty breathing, skin or lips become blue, hedging, blood or the difference in behavior) contact recognized health center located close to the home. Children with fever, tantrum, liquids and food, measures taken to hospital.

Things to do:


- If you have cough cover your mouth and nose with handkerchief or use tissue paper to cover.
- wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
- maintain At least arm distance from whom suffering from flu. Try to get away from the crowds.
- if you have fever, cough, and stay away from public places.
- Drink lots of water and eat well.
- Sleep well. Sleep enhances the body's immune system to reduce the chance of disease.

DON'Ts:


- Shaking hands or other interaction Contact Greetings
- Dropping out in public places
- contaminated drugs
