Exercise regularly (do every day) :

For Diabetic patients exercise should
be a part of their life. But some of the programs is advisable to
consult your doctor before taking them without safely.
Should have enough sleep:

Healthy diet:

milk, food extracts must have taken. Intake of Processed food should
be avoided. The meal should be taken 5-6 times a day. Drink more
water every day.
Sweets must be avoided:
Keep your diet away from the sweet ingredients.
Prefer Sugar-free foods. Instead of
eating candies eat fruits like grapes, strawberries, bananas, etc,.
Regular observation:
One of the best ways to prevent diabetes you must undergo routine checkup with your doctor.
Each week check up your sugar levels.
It does help to know the preventive measures and will help you keep
everything in the proper levels.
Obesity:
Obesity also leads to diabetes. So make sure to keep a healthy weight. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. To live a healthy lifestyle is really useful in preventing diabetes.
