This is fact that you can increase your
height 3 to 5 inches after 21 years. This guide is for only some
people for whom their height matters. If you people not serious about
your height, we are not going to help you any more. To become taller
you must follow all the instructions at least majority of
instructions. So here we go!
1st Step : What you are eating :
Most of the people compare their height
with their friends. They complain that though they were eating the
same food as with friends, (especially students who stay in hostels)
why thy are not going? Answer to this question is pretty simple.
First of all you need to understand that your body and their body is
completely different.
- The amount of hormones secreted by pituitary gland matters.
- Genes by inheritance matters.
- Digestion levels matters.
So, understand your body first then act
smart. To get taller even after 21 years you need to take complete
diet. You may find your favorite diet from the following:
- Turnips : You will be able to grow a few inches in height if you add turnips in your daily veggie diet. You can either take it in cooked state with other vegetables or add them in some vegetable gravies.
- Bok Choy : Regular consumption of Bok Choy will help in stimulating the growth hormones of your body and this will in turn help in boosting your height.
- Beans: Including boiled beans in your daily vegetable salad or adding it in the vegetarian recipes that you eat will help in stimulating your growth hormones.
2nd Step: What Workout You Are Doing?
Your aim is to get taller. So focus on
the exercises mentioned below which make you taller. Remember that
you need to follow your regular warm up along with these exercises.
So just do exercises what ever that you are following , at the same
time start practicing following exercises as well.

- Green : Warm up Stretches: These are the stretches everybody can practice. Irrespective of are, gender and geographical region everybody can practice them to get taller even after 21 years. These are so simple stretches even children can practice them.
- Blue : These are no that much tough to do but difficulty level is easy to moderate. But before practice them you need to take some precautions so that you back bone can’t be strained. Beginners must take support of wall as shown in figure.
- Red : Chin ups : If your age greater than 40 years better to not to go for it. Because these will show enormous pressure on backbone and your belly. So if you still very much interested just do them under guidance of some trainer.
3rd Step: How Much Fit Your Mental Health?
This is most important part of the
process. You need to be mentally fit. As we said earlier don’t
compare with the others. You need to have patience. Don’t get
depressed. Do regular workouts and take assessment each and every
day. Believe in yourself success is yours.
