Happy volunteers day

“It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself.” @Ralph Waldo Emerson

Volunteering is important because the community and the volunteer themselves get mutual benefits. It is simply the concept of donating time. We see many people who donates money, cloths even jewellery but donating time is more even most grater donation among all these.

Importance:

Volunteerism is simply betterment of oneself and society. Volunteer wont expect repayment or remuneration for his work towards the society. The concept is very popular in the advanced or rich countries such as United States, Australia, United Kingdom and other western nation.

However, there are many benefits for volunteer. Do you ever hard the famous tag line

Necessity:

“To show great love for God and our neighbor we need not do great things. It is how much love we put in the doing that makes our offering something beautiful for God.” (Mother Teresa) The more love a person provides towards a good deed will make the deed more beautiful and will exemplify correct volunteerism.

In one perspective of volunteerism, volunteerism can consist of service to the community, service to people in need, and service to humanity. Volunteerism is an important part of American life because it provides needed social development through interactions with other volunteers, it gives people a sense of self-satisfaction, and it improves our community.

Volunteerism gives people a sense of self-satisfaction, which we can’t acquire through money.
